I just watched the episode of Korra from last night... and it is awesome!!
Despite all of the problems that have plagued Mike and Bryan this season from the leak to Nick's decision to move completely digital with the series, they have not disappointed! They're only about half way done with the season, but it's shaping up to be one of the best of the entire series! I'm so looking forward to it!
There are moments in the series where I've been completely terrified! Especially during the last two episodes. I love the Red Lotus as antagonists, and I'm itching to draw them

In other news, I've signed up for school this fall at Utah State for Graphic Design. Everything went well with registration, and I should be there in mid August. I'm ready to get started, and for the first time in a while I'm excited about where my life is going

Korra Balance: Episode 10 Operation Beifong
Wow, I absolutely loved this episode! And, the way it ended... just... wow. I'm speechless. But, I'll try to voice my thoughts on this most recent episode of the best Anime ever.

I mean, already "Operation Beifong" is the best title of an episode since "Venom of the Red Lotus." But then, to make the episode just that much cooler, Melon Lord herself comes back! TOPH IS BACK!! And, we finally get some answers to her past.

Last week was a red hearing, a dunce, probably the worse episode of Korra and Avatar combined. I don't know why they felt they needed a luke warm recap episode.... but it failed. Kuvira and Republic City
Raise your hand if you didn’t see Kuvira taking the power from Prince Wu… anybody… anybody? Nope, I didn’t think so. But, I was a little surprised at just how simple it was. I thought that was going to be the big conflict this season, but it seems like something else is coming. I really liked how they foreshadowed it with Kuvira taking the Presidential suite.

I had class right after watching this episode, so I'm a little late with the review. Also, It's been 9 years on DA as of this month. Man, time sure flies, eh?

One of my favorite scenes was Mako and Bolin meeting their father's family, especially their grandmother. It was one of the most emotional scenes in the series.
The metal city is really cool too.
